“Fresh Encounters with God” is a service of praise and prayer in which we will seek the face of God.  All great movements in the church have had a foundation of people seeking God first through prayer and praise.  This service of praise and prayer will involve music, scripture reading, and prayer and will last approximately 30 minutes.

When we seek the face of God first, God will use us also in amazing ways to expand the kingdom of God right here in Shannon and Carroll County.

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.  I will be found by you, declares the Lord, and I will restore your fortunes…” Jeremiah 29:11-14a.

If we want to know the plans God has for us, we first have to seek his face so we can hear the voice of God.  Then God will restore our fortunes or best way of a blessed life by expanding the kingdom of God through us.  I look forward to seeking the face of God with you and seeing how God uses us to expand the kingdom of God right here in Shannon and Carroll County.
